Summary

Responsible for coordination of client care services as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Provides assessment, treatment, group and individual therapy, support services, and discharge planning. Develops, in conjunction with clinical team, an individualized treatment plan to address modalities and interventions needed by the client and significant others to support recovery. Facilitates group psychotherapies, which enhances the clients coping abilities that are essential to the active treatment of the clients primary condition as indicated on the treatment plan in the form of specific goals and objections. Supports the therapeutic milieu and demonstrates ability to assess and interpret age/disability information related to client populations served, including the chronically mentally ill, geriatric, chemically dependent, and children & adolescents.

BLS and CPI Certification required within 30 days of employment.

Other

Maintain CEU requirements for license renewal as well as BLS and CPI certifications. Good time management and organizational skills. Capable of coordinating multifaceted workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In depth knowledge of clinical therapy modalities. Demonstrate knowledge of the normal principles of growth and development, be able to assess and interpret both cultural and Age/Disability specific intervention into effective treatment planning in areas of chronic mental illness, geriatric, children and adolescent, and chemical dependency populations. Must be flexible and able to perform in stressful situations.
