Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and resources to ensure the financial health of the facility.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
  • Regular travel to New Jersey facilities to ensure consistency and high standards across locations.


Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in New Jersey.
  • Must have experience in nursing home administration.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to New Jersey.
