LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred

LPN Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
• Follow designated care plans
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately document observations and intI
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA policies
