Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments precisely as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Vigilantly monitor residents' health conditions, meticulously recording vital signs, and promptly communicating any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Provide attentive assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Cultivate a positive and friendly atmosphere that fosters a sense of security and trust among residents.
• Offer emotional support to residents and their families, nurturing a caring and compassionate environment.
• Maintain impeccably accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
• Adhere to all established protocols and procedures, guaranteeing resident safety and strict compliance with regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 p.m preferred but not required.
• Third Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am preferred but not required.
• Active L.P.N license is required
• A cheerful disposition is essential
• While prior long-term care experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
• An eagerness to provide care for older adults is a key attribute
