Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm, some weekends.

Location : 602 Courtland St, Orlando, 32804

We have need for nurses to perform home visits in one or more of the following team areas:

• Team Pink : E. Orlando, and Sanford, Winter Springs, Oviedo, E.Longwood area

• Team Blue : W. Longwood, Lake Mary, Apopka, Mt Dora area

• Team Yellow : Winter Park, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Maitland area

• Team Purple : South Orlando, and Conway, Vista area

• Team Green : South Orange County and Osceola County areas

• Team Orange : West Orlando, and Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere area

The role you'll contribute:

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
• Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
• Provides accurate and complete documentation.
• Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
• Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• One (1) year of LPN Experience
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida Required
• Certified in Basic Life Support/Adult and Infant/Pediatrics Required
• One (1) year experience in community health nursing preferred
• Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course Preferred
• Wound Care Experience Preferred
