Summary of Role:

The Life Insurance Specialist will assist with the implementation of new life insurance policy purchases for executive clients. Duties include determining appropriate life insurance application forms, preparation of forms, coordination of medical underwriting requirements and direct correspondence with clients, insurance brokers and insurance companies to complete all phases of the life insurance purchase.

This is a full-time position working from our Warrington, PA office. We are flexible in offering a hybrid schedule after sufficient training.

Experience/Skills
  • Experience with life or other insurance processing, operations, and administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with MS Excel fluency
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Critical thinking.
  • Exhibits a high degree of self-motivation and direction
  • Ability to foster a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization
Education/Credentials
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced training/education preferred
  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required
