The position requires at least 2-3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, civil court law, medical malpractice or family law. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who excels at multitasking and has excellent organizational and communication skills. Salary Range: $50, 000 - $65, 000 / year DOE

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

• 2-3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, civil court law, medical malpractice, or family law
• State e-filing experience
• Proficient in high-volume drafting and discovery
• Familiarity with case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Paralegal certification is preferred

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases efficiently through our case management system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards
• Support attorneys in scheduling orders, hearings, depositions, and trials
• Draft various legal documents such as petitions, discovery motions, and notices
• Maintain rigorous follow-up with clients on case-related inquiries
• Participate in weekly strategic meetings to optimize case handling and departmental collaboration
