Benchmark at Rye is looking for a compassionate LNA, CNA, HHA or PCA to join our team!

As a Resident Care Associate , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time Evenings: 2pm to 10pm

$20-21.25/HR ++ additional $2/HR weekend differential

$1500 Sign On Bonus for Full Time!

LNA/CNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Valid LNA license required. Or willing to training and pay for PCA certificate.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
