  • Responsibilities
    • Triage patients efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide immediate medical attention to patients with acute illnesses or injuries.
    • Stabilize patients and manage emergency situations until further treatment can be administered.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
    • Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding their condition and treatment plans.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medicine practices and protocols.
  • Qualifications
    • A degree in Emergency Medicine or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • A valid medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an emergency department or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
    • BLS, ACLS
    • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
