Logistics Analyst

Description

SAIC is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist located in Rock Island, IL to support the First Army Facility Operations Manager to include backfilling primary Facility Operations Manager during their absence, assisting in facility inspections and space management analysis, development of preventative maintenance schedules, and coordination with internal and external facility partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform escort duties as required to support facility maintenance, repairs, configurations, and modifications.
• Escort for reoccurring escort duties such as: recycling, vending, janitorial, USAG-RIA Department of Public Works (DPW) facility scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and major project escort duties to include facility renovations that include the scheduling of work, duration, and escort requirements
• Assist the First Army Facility Operations Manager with managing USAG-RIA Department of Public Works (DPW) workorders DPW to include submitting, coordinating, and tracking the status of facility work orders, maintenance requests, telephone work orders and other facility maintenance actions
• Input all work orders through ARMA page, track project progress, update tracker spreadsheet on SharePoint available for command visibility

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree and two (2)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Prior Service S-4/ G4 or SPO personnel

• Experience in Army Logistics Systems

• Experience in G-Army
• Work requires periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing, crouching, and lifting. Some employees may carry light items up to 25 lbs. The work does not require any special physical effort or ability

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain
• Must be a current US Citizen Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
