Logistics Analyst Specialist

SAIC is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst Specialist in Rock Island, IL to support the primary First Army Facility Operations Manager in all non-inherently governmental duties as required. This includes backfilling primary Facility Operations Manager during their absence, assisting in facility inspections and space management analysis, development of preventative maintenance schedules, and coordination with internal and external facility partners.

Job Duties:

• Performing escort duties as required to support facility maintenance, repairs, configurations, and modifications. This includes escorts for reoccurring escort duties such as: recycling, vending, janitorial, USAG-RIA Department of Public Works (DPW) facility scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and major project escort duties to include facility renovations that include the scheduling of work, duration, and escort requirements.
• Assisting the First Army Facility Operations Manager with managing USAG-RIA Department of Public Works (DPW) workorders DPW to include submitting, coordinating, and tracking the status of facility work orders, maintenance requests, telephone work orders and other facility maintenance actions.
• Input all work orders through ARMA page, track project progress, update tracker spreadsheet on SharePoint available for command visibility.
• Work requires periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing, crouching, and lifting. Some employees may carry light items up to 25 lbs. The work does not require any special physical effort or ability. The work area is adequately heated, lighted, and ventilated.
• Work is performed in and out of an office environment and requires extensive traversing throughout the facilities.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree and (3) three years of related experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree

Required Security Clearance:

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• Prior Service S-4/ G4 or SPO personnel

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
