Job Description

Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health is seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst Support professional to support a government customer.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The employee shall:
  • Coordinate with Hand Receipt Holder(s) to insure Property Book Office has all required documentation for property book and hand receipt updates. This includes documentation for GFE issued to Contractors and invoices for equipment that has been received.
  • Gather information for supply and equipment requests for staff members and enter records and quotes into Acquisition Workflow for approvals and routing.
  • Assist CORs on tracking expenditures and managing ceilings on IDIQ awards.
  • Work with end users to develop written requirements documents: PWS, SOW or SOO.
  • Assist end user with market research and development of the IGE.
  • Enter GFE for service contracts, as applicable, for inclusion in awards into Government contracting system.
  • Insure local databases (Acquisition Workflow and Electronic Data Management System) have final documentation uploaded and status and dates maintained and accurate.
  • Assist Government Credit Card holders with monthly reconciliations by putting reconciliations packages together.
  • Assist Government CORs with invoice tracking.
  • Pick up and deliver supplies and services from Logistics Warehouse and supply centers. This will require Contractor to drive a Government sedan/van/pickup truck.

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience
Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years' experience in the logistics field, have knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures. Qualified candidates must have an understanding of logistics and property accounting procedures and regulations in DoD.

Qualifications and Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results.
Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with minimal oversight.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
