The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora... As a Remote LP Operations Manager you are responsible for protecting Sephora Stores, Merchandise, and People to mitigate theft and ensure only authorized persons are entering store. This role will manage the team of contractors who provide access to retail locations while store teams are not present; monitor store construction work and safety, and ensure the physical safety of the store when work is being performed during off hours. Predominately, this role's responsibilities will occur between 9pm and 6am CST and other times as needed. Operational hours may change based on business needs. The role will predominately be responsible for collaborating with the Sephora Store Construction Project Managers and Site Supervisors. The role will review and verify overnight audit log of work and act as resource to ensure Remote Support team is providing the required level of support. Other similar duties may be assigned based on business needs. The role will collaborate with the Store teams and FSC Store Support teams for communication and follow-up/feedback.

In addition, you will:
  • Ensure daily tasks are being performed by support team including overnight audit log of work are accurate.
  • Provide reporting to risk management leadership on activities being performed and ensure that the program is operating as intended.
  • Act as the point escalation for store work teams.
  • Seek feedback from cross functional partners on process and recommend any changes to Risk Management leadership.
  • Schedule team members to ensure all projects are supported.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention field team on any employees supporting the project, providing feedback and address any issues identified.
  • Provide investigative support in Retail at the direction of Leadership.
  • Perform audits of team activity to ensure expectations are being met.


We would love to hear from you if you have...
  • Retail Loss Prevention experience 5+ years.
  • High level of experience with CCTV and Access Control systems.
  • Familiarity with Case Management, Project Management, and Task Management systems.
  • Experience with building safety and emergency response.
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people.

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000.00 - $108,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
