Phoenix Hebrew Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Assistant to join our vibrant Lower Elementary team (Kindergarten & 1st Grade)! In this role, you'll collaborate with our skilled teachers to create a warm and stimulating learning environment where students can thrive.

    What You'll Do:
    • Assist lead teachers with daily activities.
    • Provide individualized support to students in small groups or one-on-one, fostering academic growth.
    • Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
    • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.

    What We're Looking For:
    • The right candidate will be an early career educator. This is a great opportunity for an Education student who is looking for hands-on experience. Prior experience working with young children in a school setting is a plus.
    • A passion for education and a genuine love for children.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
