New higher wage scale. Based on experience.

$24-$31.50 per hour, plus $3 shift differential

• Night Shift (7pm-7am)

• Full-time or Part-time

About our Health Center:

Lexington Nursing & Rehab is located in Lexington KY. We pride ourselves on our quality care, responsive service, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a few good LPN'S to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain their highest practical level of functioning.

• Make rounds to see each resident daily and as needed.

• Assess residents and analyze information to develop appropriate interventions.

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.

• Maintain accountability for controlled substances.

• Ensure CNAs and all supervised personnel adhere to standard job requirements.

• Respond to emergencies.

• Willingness to help others.

Certificates, Licenses : LPN

• Current Kentucky State License to practice as an LPN.

• Current CPR certification.
