Volt Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring an experienced 3rd shift Machine Operator in Carlsbad, Ca.

9:00 pm to 5:30 am, Monday to Friday

Pay rate $21.50/hr

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Assist with open close daily mechanical operations
• Monitor and document environmental temperatures/conditions
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P. M. charts
• Read instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meed the producrtion standards.
• Remove and report products that do not meet production standards
• Reporting defects, malfunctions, or any other problem to supervisor
• Produce daily quanity requirements
• Recommending and necessary adjustments and changes

This is a full time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year machine operating production experience
• Able to work alone and with a team
• Reliable/Dependable
• Able to meet customers hiring criteria
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to multitask

Pay rate $20.50-21.50/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
