Miller Brother Staffing is looking for machine operators for a company based in the Western Crawford County area.

Position: Machine Operators
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Pay Rate: $13.75 + $1.00 =$14.75
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
Pay Rate $13.50 + .75 =$14.50

Responsibilities will include:
  • Operating CNC machines and saws
  • Basic math skills, including decimals and ability to convert between inches and metric measurements. Algebra and geometry a plus
  • Loading of material and setting up
  • Maintaining quality assurance procedures and processes, performing quality audits
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Maintaining specifications by observing machining operations, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls, replacing worn tools
  • Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and housekeeping
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions
  • Proven track record of reliability, dependability, maturity, attention to detail and ability to learn is key as we will be providing comprehensive training on CNC machining.
