Maintenance Supervisor

AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Maintenance Director at Concord Care of Cortland, located at 4250 Sodom Hutchings Rd, Cortland, Ohio.

Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Maintenance Director to welcome our ever-growing team!

Maintenance Director Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Courses in Maintenance Techniques desirable.

• Experience appropriate to the demands of the position.

• Prefer experience with ODH safety regulations and daily data and safety logs.

• Candidate with certification is a plus.

• Must have knowledge of equipment and supplies and their uses.

• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Must present a positive image of the facility.

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
