Shift : 1st Shift, 0700-330, Rotating Weekends

The role you'll contribute:

Installs, operates and maintains the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages
• Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested
• Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision
• Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM's on daily basis, and in a timely manner
• Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls
• May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Three years of healthcare maintenance

• Driver's License
