Responsibilities

Our maintenance department is currently welcoming a full time Maintenance Technician to the team!

Location: Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC. Named one of the best places to live by Money magazine. 45-acre campus in a rural area on the northern edge of Leesburg with a gymnasium, beautiful outdoor campus and high ropes course. Excellent public school system.

Compensation package: Competitive salary. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
  • Monitors, tests, inspects and performs other assigned tasks in support of utility management program.
  • Inspects, services and schedules maintenance in support of the facilities vehicle fleet.
  • Performs assigned duties to maintain and upkeep facility buildings and grounds.
  • Responds to customer work requests in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates desired professional behavior, attitude and appearance.
  • Assist in ordering supplies, Bids and scheduling.


  • Qualifications

    Qualifications: General maintenance knowledge and skills demonstrated in previous experience.

    Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent

    Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to meet the basic health requirements of the hospital without restrictions.
  • Must possess physical stamina to shift, lift and move equipment and supplies.
  • Position requires dexterity, good vision, ability to walk, stoop, bend.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds without assistance.
  • Weights above 35 pounds are to be done with assistance.
