Maintenance Tech for a local apartment complex

General maintenance duties to include:

• Skilled in make readies.
• Building maintenance experience
• Ability to do work orders, paint, appliance repairs, fix toilets, sinks, faucets, some plumbing, light electrical, unit turns as needed.

Dress appropriate, ready to work in and outside, jacket (cold or rain), gloves, boots, jeans, no holes in jeans or shirts, no sleeveless shirts, open toes, (shorts in summer, hot weather is OK) etc. this would conform with our company policy. If he has his own tools, he can bring them but make sure they are well marked before he arrives.
