Duties
- Responsible for management and oversight of Publishing, Records Management, and Privacy Act functions for the Battalion.
- Manage a small staff engaged in the performance of a variety of duties concerned with personnel and training.
- Review, assess, update, and publish Battalion Privacy Act Program and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) controls, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the Civilian Personnel coordination to develop implementation of plans for personnel management policies, hiring and funding constraints, manpower surveys and personnel placements.
- Develop and implement management policies, programs, and procedures for command and subordinate elements, and coordinates implementation with staff and
operating officials. - Conduct reviews, updates, and final processing of Table of Distribution Allowance (TDA)/Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) to ensure documents align with manpower authorizations, study findings, and requirements documents.
- Develop proposed data bases to ensure personnel and equipment authorizations and unit capabilities are current, complete, accurate, and adequate for mission
accomplishment. - Assign work based on priorities, selective consideration of difficulty, the requirement of the assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
