Davidson is seeking a Program Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama.

Davidson is actively seeking a Program Analyst to help drive mission success in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). This program is dedicated to supporting multiple mission sets through agile procurement, supply chain management, and close collaboration with multiple Prime Contractors.

High Level Roles and Responsibilities:

The Program Analyst is a dynamic individual with a talent for effective communication across all stakeholders, to include USG customers, Prime Contractors, Suppliers, and internal functional teams. Key responsibilities include providing critical support to the Program Manager in orchestrating oversight, coordination, and facilitation of program deliverables. This entails operating strategically and tactically within a cross-functional team to accelerate schedule, track budgets, execute scope, mitigate risk, and provide communication at the speed of relevance.

Requirements:

  • (preferred) Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant Supply Chain, Program Management, or Operations Management experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 1 year of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of prior relevant program management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating, both written and verbal, with government customers and key stakeholders
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations and reports
  • Strong sense of urgency and adeptness in managing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of all the basic MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project and MS Teams)

Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:
  • Understanding of IT system, network, and security architecture and design
  • PMP certification or Project Management ceritifcation
  • Knowledge and application of Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Experience with managing suppliers to meet critical needs of customer mission's sets
