Deliver information technology (IT) improvement and transformation projects that span all aspects of operations within a healthcare system. Work as part of a team focused on solving complex operational issues utilizing market leading technology-enabled solutions and advanced analytics in conjunction with exceptional healthcare knowledge. Participate in client IT projects focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services by way of conducting observations, interviews, document review, data-driven insights, and process mapping. Communicate regularly with Project Managers, project teams and representatives from various functional teams, including escalating any matters that require additional analysis. Work in teams assisting clients across entire care continuum. Support proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging new and existing relationships with client business leaders. Display an appreciation for the complete cycle of work and understand the impact of assignments on the overall goal of projects. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Life Science, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Life Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: IT consulting experience focused on clinical improvement, operational improvement, and systems integration; Leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design; and Handling, analyzing, and evaluating data sets using Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Workday Supply Chain Management and Data Warehouse management.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 80%.

Travel to various international locations required up to 10%.
