Job Description:
Responsible for leading an HDL team consisting of salary and hourly employees to complete aircraft modification projects.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for monitoring budgets, organizing daily tasks to meet milestones, understanding IMS schedule, and driving the overall performance on aircraft modification projects. Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between three to five salary and 30-50 hourly mechanics.

Job Description:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 Years of experience, or an associate's degree with 8 Years hands-on aircraft Electrical experience, or 12 Years hands-on experience in lieu of formal degree will be considered.
- US citizenship required.
- Must have Secret Clearence.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- FAA Certified A&P
- Gulfstream platform experience
- VIP or comms upgrade experience
- Lean or Six-Sigma Training
- Ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.
- Ability to read\\interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.
- Significant working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.
- Must possess ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
- Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills.
