Job Description

The Manager of Omnichannel Analytics, Oncology will be a key contributor to the team responsible for omnichannel analytics supporting the growing roadmap of our internal analytic capabilities. This individual should be skilled in conducting and guiding analyses to optimize a promotional experience across physicians and consumers. This individual should also be able to develop key relationships across various functional teams to help provide insights and recommendations to pull through in execution. The Manager of Omnichannel Analytics, Oncology will report to the Associate Director of Omnichannel Analytics for Oncology.
  • Strengthen brand team understanding of omnichannel performance and opportunities through tracking and analysis of promotional activity at the physician level to provide analytical insight and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Brand Analytics and business teams to formulate strategic and tactical investment recommendations
  • Provide analytic support around journey/engagement analytics, key performance indicators and optimization of marketing tactics across physician and consumer ecosystems
  • Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication
  • Conduct promotional analysis and report key insights to stakeholders that include Sr. Leadership, Marketing and Sales Leadership
  • Solid understanding of various data sets leveraged by Sales, Marketing organizations as well as Agency partners
  • Identify and address key business issues relative to product performance ensuring that multiple stakeholder perspectives are considered, and integrate all available information specific to the issue
  • Effectively communicate results of complex analytical models and influence action to improve brand executional performance
  • Routinely develop key questions to help answer business problems by measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of promotional activities
  • Leverage innovative, sophisticated analytic models that address critical issues but also meet key business criteria (e.g. cost, risk, business impact) and key technical criteria (e.g. reliability, validity, and predictability)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred
  • This position requires 6+ years professional experience and 3+ years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information and the use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies. Marketing Analytics or Omnichannel Analytics experience
  • It also requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work closely and effectively with all corporate functions and senior management.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: anticipate future needs, build collaborative partnerships, design and implement innovative solutions, demystify complex information, communicate insights and solutions and coach for greater team effectiveness
  • Command of the following software programs (PowerPoint, Excel) as well as some experience with SQL and PowerBI
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience in dashboard design and report development

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar
  • Master's Degree
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience
  • Oncology Experience
  • Omnichannel Analytic Experience
