The Manager, HR Initiatives will manage the progress and effectiveness of HR priority initiatives and programs and provide project leadership and support in the overall performance of the HR function. Under limited supervision this role will partner with various HR leaders and stakeholders to manage HR strategic initiatives following project management best practices. What you will do:
  • In partnership with HR leaders, identify, prioritize and manage the development of and/or process improvements for various HR programs and initiatives
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements to define scope and deliverables for program and project execution
  • Research background information, best practices, regulations, and analyze data in preparation for the planning and execution of projects and programs
  • Develop project plans, schedules, action steps, and manage cadence of project updates
  • Organize and facilitate project status meetings and report out on progress to key stakeholders and HR leadership
  • Own tactical execution of specific projects and tasks as necessary
  • Engage subject matter experts, legal, and other HR team members as necessary in support of execution of projects and programs
  • Partner with Communications team, HR Partners and other HR team stakeholders in the development of communications and timing for project and program rollouts
  • Develop and deliver project and executive level presentation materials to support VP of HR and/or other HR leaders
  • Develop and facilitate training of new or updated HR programs as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Work visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in HR or other relevant field of study
  • 7+ Years of Human Resource experience
  • 4+ Years managing large HR projects

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • PHR or SPHR Certificate
