Primary Purpose: Responsible for oversight of facilities management of RBS corporate office locations (6) including operation, Cafeteria contracts, to day operation logistics, maintenance and bidding / contracting of building, grounds and equipment repairs. Oversee the day-to-day operations in Scarborough and Chicago and Lead a team of (4) supervisors to oversee capital remodel projects, space planning/office move activities, develop the operating and capital budgets for facilities related activities and manage the department's day to day financial performance. Annual Capex budget oversight of $16M and Opex budget of $6M.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiate Contracts and manage 3rd party cafeteria operators in each building, to ensure offerings are relevant, safety is a priority and costs are managed.
• Will implement and leverage the usage of I-Office across all campuses to maintain corporate office layout floor plans and maximize seating Manage the Tele Comm at Food Lion Bids, contracts and manages vendor(s) that provide onsite services across all campuses managed by RBS (i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Cleaning, water, reprographic and cafeterias)
• Lead the oversight of building maintenance, repairs, and inspections of systems including building, equipment, grounds, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), and building automation system (BAS). Oversee and ensure expenses are within budget
• Oversight of corporate office capital remodel activities including scope definition, ensuring the bidding of vendors to get the best costs, and ensure construction activities are completed per the plan
• Ensure all corporate office space planning and office move activities are done in a cost-effective manner with timely communications to all stakeholders
• Provides oversight of office custodial activities to ensure buildings are maintained at acceptable levels and in the most cost effective manner
• Ensure all mail rooms are operated in the most productive and efficient manner across all campuses
• Develop and oversee budgets for related accounts and review variance reports for the above activities. Create mitigation plans to resolve variances
• Evaluate office services practices across all campuses and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies to support the needs of each building
• Ensure interactions with insurance companies, fire department inspections and landlords are handled in a timely manner
• Member of the Business Continuity Team to ensure all offices have contingency plans
• Ability to travel 10%
