Position Summary: The Manager of Application Support and Compliance will oversee various critical areas within our organization's IT department. This role requires an experienced leader capable of managing multiple facets of system lifecycle management, application development oversight, desktop support services, compliance adherence within IT operations, and implementation of automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the system management process from inception through to retirement, ensuring robust lifecycle practices.
* Supervise app developers to foster innovative solutions while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee desktop support teams to ensure efficient resolution of end-user issues.
* Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations across all IT functions.
* Drive IT initiatives forward while aligning with corporate goals.
* Spearhead automation projects to enhance productivity across departments.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a "department manager" overseeing diverse teams responsible for varied duties, including quality assurance/compliance.
* Solid background in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred to comprehend high-quality standards required in this sector.
* Demonstrated ability in managing diverse teams effectively.
* Experience managing between 8 to 12 direct reports on daily operations, including performance reviews.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial capacity within an IT environment; ideally seeking candidates with 5 to 7 years' tenure.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
