LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing client in the technology industry who is looking to bring a Manager of Financial Reporting onto their team in Dallas, TX! The Manager of Financial Reporting will oversee the financial activities of the company and will be responsible for preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles. Manager of Financial Reporting Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• SEC reporting duties to include 10K's, 10Q's, footnotes, etc.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and data
• Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as managers and executives, to provide financial guidance and support
• Manage and optimize financial resources, including budgeting and forecasting
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize accounting operations

Manager of Financial Reporting Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in with accounting or finance, preferably within the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA
• Knows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and is familiar with SEC reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, NetSuite experience a plus
