Summary:

We are seeking a Manager to join our Corporate Development team, tasked with spearheading the integration of surgery centers across our national portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage complex projects while working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and demonstrating critical thinking skills essential for driving successful integration initiatives. Individual will be onboarded by and work closely with the Director, Development Strategy & Special Projects.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of newly acquired surgery centers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines
  • Conduct comprehensive review of acquired centers, identifying key areas for integration and improvement
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for integration activities, tracking progress and addressing potential roadblocks
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the integration process
  • Provide support with restructuring projects, conducting due diligence, and assisting in the development of optimization strategies
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing project statuses, risks, and recommendations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, potentially in consulting, project management, or operations
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex situations and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within designated timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
