Manager of Mortgage Fulfillment (Title Review)

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Mortgage fulfillment to join the title review team at a prominent home lending company in St. Louis, MO. This individual will manage a team of 12 home loan specialists in the title department. Resolving title issues: Working with attorneys, lenders, and other parties to resolve issues like liens, judgments, tax issues, and more. This role involves pulling and monitoring reports to ensure accuracy, handling escalations efficiently, training new employees on company procedures, and assisting with loan processing when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of mortgage experience.

Lead or management background.

High School Diploma required.

General understanding of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience using Encompass software

Title curating experience
