Manager of Mortgage Fulfillment

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Mortgage fulfillment to join the closing team at a prominent home lending company in St. Louis, MO. This individual will manage a team of three home loan specialists in the closing department. This role involves pulling and monitoring reports to ensure accuracy, handling escalations efficiently, training new employees on company procedures, and assisting with loan processing when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Around 5 years of mortgage experience
- Around 5 years of management experience
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel,
Access, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work without constant supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Closing or Underwriting experience is a HUGE plus
- Prior experience handling escalations
