Expectations:
The Chicago Red Stars are looking for a Manager of Ticket Operations to oversee all aspects of ticket services, including revenue management and inventory control. You will serve as a crucial liaison between the Ticket Sales and Service Teams, stadium staff, and all Chicago Red Stars associates, and ensure the highest level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders. Your role includes managing Matchday part-time staff and temporary employees to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Design and implement price codes, ticket plans, promo codes, and other ProVenue programming needs.
  • Process group and plan orders, and handle printing and payment of all ticket orders requested by the front office staff.
  • Oversee the integration of new third-party ticketing systems and optimize new sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all Tickets.com Client Support staff.
  • Collaborate with Tickets.com Client Support on software management, troubleshooting, event creation, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining events in Tickets.com.
  • Serve as a resource for all departments regarding ticketing.
  • Provide timely daily, weekly, monthly, and match day reports as assigned by the Department Head, Club President, and NWSL League Office.
  • Work with the Director of Accounting and Finance to track and produce ticket revenue reports for all events.
  • Manage and fulfill all complimentary ticket requests.
  • Analyze ticket demand and provide pricing recommendations to the department head.
  • Schedule and manage all part-time ticket union staff in the box office on match day.
  • Foster a culture of high-standard customer service.
  • Act as the point of contact for all elevated customer service issues on match day.
  • Assist with Will Call responsibilities and ticket troubleshooting on match day.
  • Manage ticketing equipment, including scanners, printers, and box office laptops.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of ticket operations experience (Tickets.com experience strongly preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with high-level, time-sensitive reporting.
  • Ability to interact respectfully and communicate professionally with all public and departmental personnel via phone, written correspondence, and in person.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Capable of managing daily and weekly work schedules without constant oversight.
  • Experience handling cash and balancing deposits is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
