The primary responsibility of the Manager of Practice Operations is to provide visible, on-site leadership in their location. The Manager of Operations works closely with Physician, Nursing, Service Line, Support Services and Revenue Cycle leaders to monitor, evaluate and improve provider and employee engagement, service excellence, clinical quality, environment of care and financial performance within their location. Responsible for supporting the local execution of practice-wide improvement strategies.

New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. - Represent Optum in the local community
Competency Requirements:

- Work Management: Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost effective results
- Financial Management: Develops and monitors annual operational and capital budgets for area of responsibility

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience, in a multi-specialty Practice setting, 2+ years of which in a leadership role
- Demonstrated successful track record in a leadership position
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with staff

- Proficient Computer Skills (EMR, Outlook, Word, Excel)
