The Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) will be designing, building and implementing new processes for the quality and reliability testing for the firm's applications, systems, and development workflows. This is a hybrid position based in our Philadelphia office.

What You Will Do
  • Create and refine quality acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with testing requirements and best practices
  • Design, develop, maintain and execute manual and automated test plans
  • Document, address, and escalate testing issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions
  • Supervise and mentor Quality Assurance personnel, fostering their professional growth and performance
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of testing processes and all QA testing functions
  • Monitor all projects and implement any necessary in-take and QA engagement changes
  • Lead, collaborate and participate in quality and project audits
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of testing deliverables
  • Collaborate with IT, end users, and selected vendors to ensure compliance with established quality assurance policies, standards and best practices
  • Create and maintain quality assurance testing environments
  • Track, report, and present testing results from manual and automated testing to project team, Firm's senior management and project sponsors
  • Manage QA long term planning including projecting and planning resources for projects, developmental and operational testing
  • Ensure ISO 27001 compliance for related controls
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree. Computer/systems related preferred
  • At least Eight (8) years of experience. This can include QA, software development and/or systems experience
  • Experience leading a QA team.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (such as .NET) and database concepts (MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of Desktop/Web/Mobile test automation frameworks, tools, and processes (TestComplete, Selenium, Appium and other emerging platforms)
  • Knowledge of product delivery life cycle, quality control and quality assurance methodology
  • Knowledge and experience of quality assurance testing tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
