Indotronix is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client locations

Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Location: Technology Hubs - hybrid 2 days in office

Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Acceptable time zone(s):

Open to all time zones within the tech hubs listed - may be specific tasks where candidate must work EST, rare but could need to adjust for a certain short period of time - training must be able to work EST (two week training initially)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reviewing and validating test records, exercise lessons learned and making sure the team is hitting the milestones and following the processes, assisting with the development of products as needed, other tasks as needed

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

Testing and exercise facilitation and design experience, Salesforce, database administration

Soft Skills:

Extremely detail oriented, good communication both written and verbal, flexible and adaptable, must be able to multitask, able to work independently, good problem solving skills

Education Required:

No degree required, looking for relevant work experience - HSEEP (Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Practitioner) cert nice to have

Years of experience:

Level 3 5-7 years
