JOB TITLE: Manager Software Engineering

DUTIES: Design, develop, and modify, Optum applications for the healthcare industry. Duties include: Improve consumer engagement and experience required to stay competitive in the marketplace; create applications that deliver real-time, triggered, timely, and relevant communications via the consumer's preferred method; address the gap in care by enabling on time and relevant communication to the members; continue to meet the primary goal of the Broker & Employer applications; work on creating goal inventories, track progress against goals throughout the year and perform management reviews at the end of each year for the assigned functional and direct resources; prepare estimation using the requirement documents; prepare estimation and design documents, preparing the projects for production release that are signed off by the client; develop the design, framework for the assignment given by the clients and after their approvals converting this design into assignable work assignments; prepare Release Impact Documents for various releases; and create build and deployment activities on production and non-Production servers.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Systems or a related field and Five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related
computer occupation. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following:
• ReactJS;
• Angular;
• HTML;
• CSS;
• Java and Spring Boot,
• NodeJS,
• .NET;
• MVC;
• C++;
• Kafka, Cron and Batch Jobs;
• Jasmine, karma, Selenium, or Spec flow;
• architecture principles and design patterns; and
• Databases including MySQL and SQL SERVER.

RATE OF PAY: $187,450/year
