What You Will Do:

North America Sunrise team is responsible for writing the data story of its business. We are entrepreneurs, passionate, team players and naturally curious. It is the beginning of our adventure and we are looking for teammates. We are recruiting a Manager - Data Analytics - for our North America Sunrise team, focusing on the commercial analytics of the L'Oreal group. Our ambition is to create a data-driven competitive advantage through solid foundations and use cases by offering speed, scale, quality data.
  • Analyze, produce and develop analytics solutions in order to build new or improve existing Data models and analytics products to answer the business requirements for the L'Oreal group
  • Develop and nurture a strong and working collaboration with Supply Chain teams, IT partners, both at North America and at the global level
  • Be a strong contributor to the Business Intelligence community in North America
  • Oversee the build of the priority use cases defined by Sunrise team into our Global Beauty Tech tools.
  • Facilitate workshops to create a North American use case design, specifications, and visualization.
  • Translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Direct a team of Data and IT experts to deliver your use case portfolio on time and with L'Oreal quality standards.
  • Design and document specifications for new use cases utilizing and enhancing the current best practices in the plants, divisions, and Global by gathering input from all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for driving the adoption of reports and tools within Supply Chain including testing, piloting, and training.
  • Use knowledge of analytics trends, best-in-class BI visualizations, technology developments and practices to improve value of tools and service to business
  • Test data deliveries to make sure they meet user requirements


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in data and analytics - could be a mix of business/analytics and Supply Chain role
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics and best practices at large
  • Experience designing and building dashboards in Power BI
  • Power BI desktop and Service 2 yrs+ experience
  • Programming languages: Python, R
  • Understand Machine Learning algorithm
  • Capacity to understand business, ask the right questions, and be understandable by non tech / non data savvy stakeholders - so mix of DATA and EMPATHY
  • Broad understanding of Supply Chain operations and supporting systems.
  • Will and capacity to grow business with a growth mindset
  • Capacity to think on the strategic layer but also on the execution one
  • Experience working with Agile-driven projects & teams
  • Capacity to think out of the box, data driven with good communication and project management skills
  • To be highly adaptable, a strong team player and able to pivot within a fast-paced organization, and to work well with ambiguity.
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and to develop over time a deep understanding of the organization, the organization's functional architecture and how we manage L'Oréal data.
  • Great curiosity in understanding non-mastered technology such as SQL.
