Aspirus Health is seeking a Manager of Information Systems to join our team! This is an onsite role located in either our Wausau, WI or Duluth, MN office. The Manager of Information Systems develops and leads a team of Information Technology Epic application analysts. This role coordinates all team and customer activities as they pertain to Information Technology which support of the Revenue Cycle function.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, maintenance, evaluation, and coordination of Revenue Cycle related IT applications used throughout the enterprise.
• Manages a largely remote team of Epic Revenue Cycle Application Analysts including HIM, Patient Access, Patient Flow, and Billing (charging, claims, self-pay, and reimbursement contracts).
• Works closely with leaders throughout the organization and serves as an escalation point. Ensures the effect and efficient use of resources to meet the organizational goals.

HOURS: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of information systems development, implementation and project management normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• A minimum of three years' experience in Information Technology Project Management or Epic Revenue Cycle is necessary to enhance and develop skills. Experience with Epic and ServiceNow, preferred.
• Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively within a team environment. Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
