Candidate will collect and analyze publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide insights into cyber security issues. Advises on emerging cyber threats and tactics used to breach IT infrastructures. Researches and evaluates currently available and/or emerging best practices to best mitigate cyber risks. Collaborates closely with experts in cyber disciplines/specialties to perform advanced research, analysis, and fusion of information from a variety of sources to prepare a multi-layered analysis/product to support assigned projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide OSINT collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of publicly available information (PAI) to enable situational understanding of cyberspace threats.
• Provide support in developing intelligence estimates, CIP, and COP to support cyberspace operations.
• Conduct OSINT research and queries in target language and English - conduct translations.
• Support and optimize OSINT collection management requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph and ability to obtain MEAD clearance.
• MA/MS and 6 years of related experience; OR
  • BA/BS and 8 years of related experience; OR
  • 11+ years of related experience without a degree
• Translate multimedia, e.g., audio and text, products from target language (Mandarin) into English.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, producing, and disseminating open-source intelligence (OSINT).
• Experience reporting on I&W and has supported operational planning activities.
• Skilled in conducting open-source research and following ICD 206 standards.
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of strategy, policy, and doctrine for intelligence and cyberspace operations.
• Target language proficiency of 3 (ILR 3+/3+) in listening and reading as scored by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) in Mandarin.
• Familiarity with tools such as NexusXplore, Recorded Future, Silo, and Managed Attribution operations.
• Experiences in the realms of IA operations, including Intelligence Support to elements of the following.
  • DCO and OCO
  • Information Operations (IO)
  • Computer Network Operations, and/or
  • Electronic Warfare (EW)

Preferred Qualifications

• One valid DOD 8140 certification, such as NET+, Sec+, Pen Test, CNNA+, Cloud+, CEH, or CISSP (for IAT level I, II, or III)
