Daikin Applied is now hiring for a Manufacturing Operations Management Intern in Plymouth, MN!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Intern to join our dynamic Manufacturing supervisor team . Location : Faribault, MN - in office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 202 5

What you will do:

• Shadow an Operations Supervisor and learn the day in a life of a Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment.

• Work on a continuous improvement projects .

• Collect, analyze, report daily production metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Operations, Management, Business Administration, or related field .

• 1 year experience working with mechanical designs

• Exposure to using Excel formulas or programming

• Work visa sponsorship is not av ailable for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of Statistics
