Job Description:

Manufacturing Supervisor needs manufacturing experience

Manufacturing Supervisor requires;

Supervisory experience

Manufacturing experience

Manufacturing Supervisor duties:

Crewing of the temps

Communicate between supplier team and plant

Coordinate scheduling and daily roll call

Follow-up on any personnel/attendance/performance issues of the temporary employees.

Maintain 24/7 coverage of temps and communicate as needed with the crewing coordinators on any outages related to the temps which will require internal staffing
