Staff Management | SMX is looking to add a Team Lead on SECOND SHIFT for our client, Toyoda Gosei (TGASK) in Hopkinsville, KY. Starting pay is $20.50! The Manufacturing Team Lead position is a full time opportunity responsible for managing a team of production associates, working on the floor alongside your team, coordinating with client contacts, and assisting with recruiting/training functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountability
• Problem Solving
• Marking attendance for all current associates
• Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
• Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed

• Minimum 6 months leadership experience
• Minimum of 6 months, work history in Production, Office, or Customer Service fields
• Be flexible to train on day shift if applying for the second shift Team Lead position before transitioning to nights

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old
