POSITION SUMMARY: Under general direction, the Marketing Account Manager plans, implements and carries out marketing activities targeted toward existing and new referral sources. generates referrals by building relationships with physicians, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and other community resources. Responsible for maintaining Social Media accounts and must therefore be proficient with applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Generate referrals for in-home and the Center ABA services by building relationships with physicians, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and other community resources.
" Call to introduce self and KFS ABA services, discuss offerings, and send resource material to contacts.
" Identify opportunities to "check-in" and establish opportunities to follow-up and establish an ongoing relationship and dialogue.
" Develop the quarterly and annual marketing strategy that includes the effective use of social media and traditional media. Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources and the community at large in assigned service areas.
" Conduct and track data for marketing telephone campaigns to advise resources that KFS ABA is available in their area. Capture and document marketing intelligence where possible.
" Performs market research and discusses adjustments to marketing strategy with Executive Director that meet changing market and competitive conditions.
" Conducts quarterly and annual market analyses.
" Monitors competitor marketing activities.
" Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
" Act as a resource in the community for ABA services.
" Prepares marketing activity reports and presents them to executive management.
" Establishes and maintains a consistent brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
" Represents the Company in the Community to promote the KFS ABA brand.
" Develops and maintains an accurate and current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings.
Additional Responsibilities:
" Assist in the development of new promotional items used in marketing Company services and maintain the supply of promotional items by managing inventory within budgeted guidelines.
" Perform related duties and/or assist in special projects as requested.
" Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures.

" Ability to develop strategic marketing plans.
" Ability to work and communicate with internal and external clients and customers.
" Committed to quality service.
" Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans that include Social Media and traditional media.
" Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare industry and the community at large.
" Ability to establish local healthcare contacts and network within the community to promote KFS ABA services.
" Work with other departments within KFS ABA.
Job Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
" Education: Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration.
" Experience: 1+ year's experience in related position.
" Skills & Abilities: Excellent time management, communications, presentation, recruitment, sales and strategic thinking and organization skills. Professional appearance and presentation required.
" Computer Skills: Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, recordkeeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Location
This position is a home-based position which will require travel to and from medical offices, etc. throughout the State of Massachusetts.
