Personal Lines Account Manager

A popular insurance company in Framingham, MA is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management (or be ready to step up from a personal lines assistant role) and hold a P&C license. Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management or related experience (personal lines assistant ready to step up)
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
• Strong client communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in handling client inquiries and managing multiple accounts
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Experience using Epic insurance management system is preferred (training available)
• Bachelor s degree is preferred

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of 200-300 personal lines accounts (auto, home, condo, renters, umbrella, etc.)
• Handle client communications including new account setups, policy renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Work closely with producers and the team to ensure the best insurance solutions for clients
• Assist clients with policy changes, such as adding/removing vehicles or homes
• Review and market policies for competitive rates during renewal periods
• Provide timely and accurate client support over the phone and via email
• Handle endorsement requests and process changes in client policies
