Position Summary: As the Marketing Coordinator for Facility Management Services (FMS), you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Manager of Communications to drive marketing and corporate strategic initiatives across all service lines. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a knack for graphic design, email marketing, and content creation. Your role will involve contributing to marketing strategy development, operating autonomously in a dynamic environment, and assisting in tracking key performance indicators. Primary Responsibilities: Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and standardize marketing initiatives for FMS programs.
• Create engaging content for FMS websites, corporate support sites, and project communications.
• Provide tactical support for executing marketing plans, including graphic design and content maintenance.
• Lead the development and upkeep of PowerPoint presentations and digital libraries.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-department teams to maintain company brand standards and change management practices.
• Support managers through presentations, collateral development, and training webinars.
• Coordinate education presentations and graphics for leadership meetings.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years of relevant technical experience preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Background in marketing is preferred.
