Marketing Development Representative (MDR)

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative to join our internal marketing team. In this role, the primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between marketing efforts and the sales team by qualifying potential leads and pushing them through the sales funnel. This is a great opportunity for someone who is process driven and highly organized and looking to start their career in sales or marketing.

Roles Responsibilities: *This is a hybrid position in Bellevue, Washington*
- Consistently communicate with and respond to leads via phone, text, email, and LinkedIn and effectively address client needs
- Prospect into current and past accounts to find new opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and assist with client check-ins
- Maintain regular client touchpoints and proactively schedule meetings with stakeholders
- Nurture leads with relevant information to keep them engaged and moving through the marketing funnel
- Schedule meetings and track action items
- Execute on marketing tasks to increase marketing influenced revenue

Requirements:
- 1 year of account management/customer service/sales/marketing experience - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of computers, internet/search engines, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
- Ability to talk to clients, explain service offerings
- Is an active listener; must be able to listen to potential customers, understand their needs, and respond appropriately.
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits: - $65,000 base + quarterly bonuses based on revenue targets Benefits include:
