Fiserv is seeking a Consumer Marketing Specialist to serve as a key member of the team leading the strategy and execution of programs to drive usage and adoption of our new best-in-class digital (mobile and online) card controls and management solution CardHub. This is an exciting, fast-paced position working on projects that drive awareness and adoption of the latest card and digital solutions for leading financial institutions. In this role, the Consumer Marketing Specialist will partner with other key stakeholders across the team to develop and execute client engagement and FI training programs to ensure frontline staff are aware and familiar with the latest features of the service. The Marketing Specialist will work hand-in-hand with the Consumer Marketing Managers on the team and our digital marketing and creative agencies to ensure marketing program materials meet our product messaging and consumer engagement goals. This will include maintaining close contact and status tracking with our agency partners. The Marketing Specialist will actively and enthusiastically interact with clients and internal stakeholders across the organization (Digital Payments, Digital Channels and Card Services) to ensure review and collaboration on the development of all key marketing resources.

The Consumer Marketing Specialist can look forward to:
- Utilizing their creative and project management skills as they collaborate with our internal teams and marketing agencies to develop and built consumer marketing and B2B marketing campaigns and resource
- Partnering with our internal and external creative teams to produce client support and training resources that are engaging (web-based tools, video vignettes, PowerPoint, and more)
- Assisting in the administration of client distributed marketing (Impact Marketing €" client self-serv marketing portal) accounts (new user approvals, tracking and client onboarding)
- Facilitating marketing material approvals and audits in partnership with our Product teams.
- Helping to develop and execute B2B client engagement programs including automated email, client webinars and 1:1 outreach (leveraging internal tools like HighSpot, eCRM and Outlook)
- Becoming a creative problem solver who enjoys helping clients meet their goals and is driven to exceed client expectations in every interaction
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and technical resources across Fiserv €" a great opportunity to learn about multiple areas of the business

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
€ 2 years experience on a Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar team.
€ Result Orientation: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with strong prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task; often managing 10 open projects and ability planning out time between various activities to manage most pressing tasks. Executes more than one activity or task simultaneously and delivers on performance targets/expectations.
€ Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices. And fluency with PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables; Shortcut keys; Functions such as vlookup, goal seek, etc.)
€ Technical Knowledge: Ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience
€ Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
€ Demonstrated ease, facility, and interest in working with data, including standard email engagement metrics and analytics tools (such as Email on Acid and Google Analytics).
€ Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent command of English language required (specifically, writing for digital channels)
€ Able to keep internal and external clients informed and up-to-date.
€ Collaborative attitude and an ability to work well with team members.
€ Strong independent worker that also balances the ability to collaborate well across teams and at different levels.
€ Experience troubleshooting €" an inquisitive mindset that approaches situations looking for solutions
€ Bachelor€™s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
€ Working knowledge of basic web technologies (JavaScript, SQL, APIs, web platforms and browsers, etc.). Enough to support a dialogue of client support.
€ Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS code, including email coding best practices and troubleshooting.
€ Knowledge of email and digital design best practices, success metrics, CAN-SPAM legislation, and ADA (American Disabilities Act) requirements.
€ Interest and knowledge of the B2B and B2C digital space and emerging digital and payment industry trends
€ Clear thinker, organized, deadline-oriented and strong focus on driving results
€ Ability to work in dynamic and fluid situations, and effectively navigates through ambiguity
€ Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes
€ Experience with B2C usage of core social channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
