Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at E.R. Snell Contractor, you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's image. Your responsibilities will include creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to establish a corporate culture, build brand identity, and attract candidates in the construction industry. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

• Content Creating: Create graphic content, write copy, and post on social media profiles. This may also include producing company newsletters, advertisements, etc.
• Digital Advertising: Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract candidates for platforms like Facebook Ads.
• Editorial Calendars: Create and maintain monthly editorial calendars and schedules.
• User-Generated Content: Moderate user-generated content and messages.
• Analytics: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic and demographics.
• Communication: Work well with others. This includes collaborating effectively, listening to others' ideas, and communicating clearly.
• Employee Engagement Events: Coordinate activities and events to help employees feel connected and motivated

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or other related field
• Experience working with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Graphic design and creative writing experience
• Comfortable visiting construction job sites to gather content
• Problem solver
